Rules of the Jarritos “Extend the Summer” Game

The Game is valid from August 31, 2026, to September 6, 2026.
 

1. Organizer

The “Extend the Summer with Jarritos” Game is organized by UAB “Konfesta”, company code 303444860.

2. Duration

The Game takes place from August 31, 2026, to September 6, 2026, inclusive.
 

3. Who Can Participate

  • There is no age limit for participating in the Game. Anyone who meets the participation requirements set out in these Rules may participate.
  • By participating in the Game, the participant confirms that they have read these Rules and agree to comply with them.
     

4. How to participate

  1. Spend EUR 40 or more.
  2. Your basket must contain at least one “Jarritos” drink.
  3. Once these conditions are met, you will be able to choose a prize from the available options in your basket during checkout. Important: the prizes available for selection in the online store depend on your final basket total (see Section 6).

You may participate in the Game an unlimited number of times, provided that each purchase or order meets the Game requirements.

5. Game Locations

The Game is available in the “Candy POP” online store – www.candypop.fi.

6. Prizes and prize collection

You can choose your prize yourself. However, the selection of available prizes in the basket depends on the final purchase amount.

For purchases over EUR 40, you can choose from:

  • “Jarritos” drink;
  • “Jarritos” Mason jar.

For purchases over EUR 45, you can additionally choose from:

  • “Jarritos” beach towel, 70 Ă— 140 cm;
  • “Jarritos” inflatable beach ball;
  • “Jarritos” cap;
  • “Jarritos” bucket hat;
  • “Jarritos” cooler bucket.

The number of prizes is limited. Prizes are available while stocks last.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other prizes or any other form of compensation.

7. Prize Collection

The selected prize will be shipped together with the submitted order.

8. Personal Data

If personal data is collected during participation in the Game, it will be used for the purposes of organizing the Game and awarding and shipping prizes.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Other

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Game Rules by announcing any changes on this page.
The Organizer has the right to invalidate a participant’s participation or refuse to award a prize if the participant violates these Rules or attempts to unfairly influence the outcome of the Game.
