Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale (hereinafter – the Rules) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods at www.candypop.lt (hereinafter – the Buyer) and UAB "KONFESTA" (hereinafter – the Seller). By confirming an order, the Buyer agrees to these Rules by checking the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.” These confirmed Rules constitute a legally binding agreement for both parties.
  2. The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded once the Buyer forms a cart, provides personal data (name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address), selects a payment method, agrees to these Rules, and completes the payment or chooses to pay via card to courier/locker. The agreement remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
  3. All persons aged 14 and older have the right to purchase in our online store (younger persons must have parental or guardian consent).
  4. The minimum order amount is €20.00.

Seller's Rights and Obligations

  1. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure the Buyer can properly use the e-store services.
  2. The Seller shall strive to fulfill the order on time and in full. If due to unforeseen and uncontrollable reasons the Seller cannot deliver the item, the Buyer will be refunded within 5 business days. No extra charge applies if a substitute item is more expensive; the price difference will be refunded.
  3. The Seller is not liable for non-performance of the contract or delivery delays caused by Buyer’s error (incorrect data, unreachable address) or force majeure circumstances. If such circumstances last more than 1 month, the agreement may be terminated by mutual consent.
  4. The Seller has the right to modify the Rules due to legal, market, or other objective reasons. Updated Rules apply to new orders and do not affect previously placed but unfulfilled orders.
  5. The Seller is not liable for differences in color, size, or form of products due to screen/display settings. The Buyer is encouraged to read product descriptions.
  6. The Seller has other rights and duties set forth in these Rules and Lithuanian law.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

  1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to these Rules and Lithuanian law.
  2. When ordering, the Buyer must provide personal data required by the Privacy Policy to complete the order.
  3. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must check if all goods are present and whether the packaging is intact. If damage is suspected, the Buyer has the right to refuse the shipment.
  4. If the shipment is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 2 business days via [email protected] and attach photos of the issue.
  5. If dissatisfied with the quality of perishable goods (e.g., food/drinks with short shelf life or requiring refrigeration), the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery via [email protected].
  6. Return or exchange of non-perishable goods that do not meet Buyer's preferences (form, size, color, etc.) is possible in accordance with Lithuanian retail rules and Civil Code. More info here: (returns)
  7. The Buyer must pay for the selected goods, delivery, and any other applicable fees, and accept the delivered goods.
  8. Payment can be made via Lithuanian banks or card during checkout. More info: (payment methods)
  9. If the Buyer's data changes, they must immediately notify the Seller at [email protected] or by phone +370 665 55000.
  10. The Buyer has other rights and obligations as set in these Rules and Lithuanian law.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Goods are delivered within Lithuania by partners depending on the selected method.
  2. Delivery time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate and may be shorter. The estimated date will be indicated in the final confirmation.
  3. If an item is out of stock, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer agrees that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will coordinate new terms or refund if necessary.
  4. Lockers accept items under 30 kg. Heavier items will be delivered via courier.
  5. If goods cannot be delivered in one shipment, the Seller may deliver in multiple shipments.
  6. Energy drinks can be ordered only by persons 18+ who confirm age in the system. Proof of age is required upon delivery. If not provided, delivery is deemed impossible due to the Buyer’s fault.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order by notifying the Seller in writing (email) and specifying the item and order number. Exceptions apply to perishable items.
  2. Only returns to the e-store are accepted. Physical Candy POP stores do not accept returns.
  3. The Buyer can only exercise the right of return if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  4. If incorrect items were delivered, the Seller will accept them at their own cost and replace or refund them.
  5. Returned items must be in original packaging with tags. Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene cannot be returned once unsealed.
  6. For faulty items, original packaging is not required. Contact must be made in advance via phone or email [email protected].
  7. If quality requirements are not met, the Buyer has rights under Article 6.3641 of the Civil Code to demand rectification, price reduction, or contract termination.
  8. To receive a refund, the Buyer must send a request via email with full details (name, order number, item name/quantity, reason, photos). Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
  9. The Seller has the right to withhold a refund until goods are returned.
  10. The Seller is not liable for refund delays caused by the Buyer (delayed returns, incorrect info, etc.).
  11. The Buyer must always contact the e-store before returning goods and get confirmation from a responsible staff member.

Warranty for Toys and Electronic Devices

  1. Toys and electronics purchased from www.candypop.lt are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or, if not provided, by the law.
  2. Warranty does not apply if:
    1. There is mechanical damage;
    2. Damage occurred due to improper use, transport, or maintenance, or exposure to cold, moisture, liquids, or heat;
    3. Damage occurred due to normal wear and tear.
  3. Transport costs for warranty service to/from the e-store are covered by the Buyer. If the return is due to quality issues, the Seller will reimburse delivery costs, provided return conditions are met.

Processing of Personal Data

  1. By checking the consent box, the Buyer agrees to the Privacy Policy and to the processing of personal data (name, surname, email, phone, delivery address) for order fulfillment. The Buyer may opt in to receive direct marketing. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or request deletion/suspension of their data. To do so, contact [email protected].

Communication

  1. The Seller sends all notices to the email address provided by the Buyer.
  2. The Buyer must send all notices/questions to the Seller via [email protected] or +370 665 55000. Customer service is available Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00.

Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes related to the purchase-sale contract will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled according to Lithuanian law.
  2. All content (text and graphics) on www.candypop.lt is protected by law and is intellectual property of the Seller.
  3. The Buyer must first submit any complaints in writing to the Seller.
