Samyang is a Korean food manufacturer that first debuted in 1963. They created the very first Korean instant ramens 🍜. Over the years, Samyang has had its ups and downs, but recently their outrageously tasty, ultra-spicy 🌶️ ramens have exploded in popularity worldwide!
These kimchi-flavored noodles pack serious heat (2,500–8,000 SHU on the Scoville scale). How to prepare:
  1. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, add noodles, and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and drain, leaving about 80 ml of water. Pour in the soup base and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in the flakes and mix well. Feel free to top with veggies, an egg, or your favorite garnishes!
