- Check the tracking link in your email. If the parcel isn’t marked as delivered within 5 business days after dispatch – please contact us via email [email protected].
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. We usually dispatch the same or next business day after payment. More information about delivery can be found HERE.
- For orders over €35, delivery to Matkahuolto parcel lockers is FREE.For orders up to €35, an additional delivery fee applies – from €5.00 to €12.99.More information about delivery can be found HERE.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link. If you don’t see the email, please check your promotions or spam folders.
- If the parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect details, we will contact you by email. To resend the parcel, please reach out via email [email protected] – you will need to cover the reshipping cost.
- Yes, you can return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them if they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Food items cannot be returned.
