Delivery and returns

Check the tracking link in your email. If the parcel isn’t marked as delivered within 5 business days after dispatch – please contact us via email [email protected].

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. We usually dispatch the same or next business day after payment. More information about delivery can be found HERE.

For orders over €35, delivery to Matkahuolto parcel lockers is FREE.

For orders up to €35, an additional delivery fee applies – from €5.00 to €12.99.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link. If you don’t see the email, please check your promotions or spam folders.

If the parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect details, we will contact you by email. To resend the parcel, please reach out via email [email protected] – you will need to cover the reshipping cost.

Yes, you can return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them if they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Food items cannot be returned.
